Salary:
€65,000 DOE, 10% bonus, private healthcare, 5% matching pension, profit share

Permanent role. This site has another 3 years of work, and there are additional upcoming sites in Galway
Start Date
: January 2026
The Role
* Oversee site safety and quality
* Manage subcontractors and daily site operations
* Track progress and report weekly
* Inspect works from foundations to final finishes
* Support site meetings and ensure project targets are met
* Take part in Toolbox talks & sign off trade work
* Promote health & safety on site
* Complete subcontractor inductions
* Manage snagging process & unit handovers

What You'll Need
* Trade background
* Experience as a Finishing Foreman on a medium-large scale development
* Strong communication and organisational skills
