About the Role
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you'll act as a strategic partner to the management team—delivering financial analysis, reporting, and guidance to support major decisions. You'll be a key player in the budgeting, planning, and reporting process, often serving as the most senior finance representative in the room.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with business leaders to provide analysis, reporting, and strategic financial insight.
* Lead key financial deliverables, including budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, and monthly results.
* Prepare management reports, variance analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making.
* Provide accounting analysis and commercial advice on deals and corporate transactions.
* Translate financial insights into operational actions that improve performance.
* Mentor and guide junior finance team members.
* Ensure robust financial controls and compliance.
What You'll Bring
* ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or CPA qualification (or equivalent).
* 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in a large or complex organisation.
* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with strong Excel expertise.
* Experience working at pace in a fast-moving, agile environment.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate financial data into business insight.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
