Human Resources Executive We are seeking a proactive, organised, and solutions-focused Human Resources Executive to join our organisation. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the HR Executive will support the delivery of a high-quality HR service across the organisation. You will work closely with Service Managers and Heads of Department, providing guidance and operational support on a wide range of HR matters. The role will involve supporting key HR activities such as recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and day-to-day HR operations. Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience A degree in in Human Resources A minimum 3 years consecutive experience in a Senior HR role working within the Healthcare Sector Previous in depth experience of managing Trust in Care, disciplinaries and grievances to completion Previous in-depth experience of union management, Employee Relations and Industrial Relations investigations Comprehensive experience of employee relations, including a detailed knowledge of grievance and disciplinary issues A thorough knowledge of current Irish and EU legislation relating to Employment Law Thorough knowledge and understanding of HIQA requirements and safeguarding requirements including Trust in Care, and Childrens First Details of the Role: Salary Scale: Grade 7 €54,062-€72,223 - Per annum (based on a 40 hour week) will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Location: The Bridge, Kilcullen, County Kildare with attendance at other locations as required. This is a hybrid role.
