Desktop Support Analyst/Second Line Support/L2 Support required to work onsite five days a week with a large global business based in Dublin. You will provide desktop support in the office as well as on the phone.
This role is paying a salary of €35,000to €40,000 (depending on experience).
Key responsibilities:
* Install and configure operating systems and software
* Maintaining PCs to company standards
* Bug fixes
Required skills and experience:
* Previously provided 1st and 2nd line IT support
* Strong SCCM, Active Directory and Exchange
* Experience in hardware fixes
* Excellent telephone manner
* Experienced working in a customer service role
