**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our investment team. The successful candidate will drive efficiencies, streamline data integration, and provide valuable insights using tools such as Power BI.

The ideal candidate will have experience with financial data platforms (Bloomberg, Reuters), strong expertise in SQL, Excel, and Power BI, and analytical skills with troubleshooting abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Front Office team by driving efficiencies and streamlining data integration.
* Engage with product owners and end users to capture business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
* Develop functional specifications, process mappings, and workflow diagrams to ensure clarity in system enhancements.
* Collaborate with developers, testing teams, infrastructure specialists, and other business analysts to ensure smooth implementation of investment-related projects.
* Provide insights into investment processes by leveraging financial data tools such as Bloomberg, Reuters, and SQL-based analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within banking/investment operations.
* 6+ years of experience in financial services, including exposure to front office workflows.
* Proficiency in financial data platforms (Bloomberg, Reuters).
* Strong expertise in SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
* Experience with instrument referential systems and market data feeds (Equity, Bonds, FX rates).
* Analytical mindset with troubleshooting skills.
