We are seeking a Senior Grade Psychologist to lead high-quality psychology services for children and young people (0–18 years) and their families.
This senior position involves clinical leadership, service development, and supervision/mentoring staff. The work will span clinics, schools, homes, and communities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering expert assessments and interventions through a family-centred approach, taking a dynamic interdisciplinary framework.
 * Plan and manage complex caseloads providing expert assessments and interventions.
 * Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior staff members.
 * Take a lead role in service planning, innovation, and development within the psychology discipline.
 * Delegate tasks appropriately and support junior staff members.
 * Foster evidence-based practice contributing to research and quality improvement initiatives.
 * Represent the psychology discipline at internal/external meetings and conferences.
 * Act as a mandated person under Children First National Guidelines upholding professional/ethical standards.
