Armorum Limited, based in Co. Dublin, is seeking Crane Mechanics for immediate start at two facilities.

Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair and maintain a variety of cranes and heavy equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Perform preventative maintenance and breakdown response, working with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Inspect, maintain, and repair mobile and static cranes, including hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Diagnose faults in engines, transmissions, and other crane components using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
Overhaul and service diesel and heavy‑duty engines used in cranes and other heavy machinery.
Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Replace or repair worn or defective parts and ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications.
Carry out testing and calibration of crane systems after repairs.
Maintain accurate service and repair records in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with operators, engineers, and management to plan maintenance and repair schedules.
Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, safe, and well‑organized.
Requirements
Trade qualification as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, or equivalent.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience working on cranes (mobile, tower, or overhead) and other heavy equipment in a field service capacity.
Experience working on engines such as Cummins, Liebherr, Caterpillar, MTU.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical controls.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, service manuals, and diagnostic data.
Experience using computerized diagnostic and calibration tools.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical issues efficiently.

Compensation
Annual remuneration: €56,784.00 (Pay rate €28.00 per hour). Work hours: 39 per week.
