OverviewJoin ACCA as a CPD Digital Events Manager - Ireland. This is a full-time, permanent role in the Learning & Commercial team, based in Dublin with hybrid working (home working as the primary arrangement and attendance at the Ireland office as required for event management).The official Job title is Membership Support Manager - UK-EEMA-AFRICA. A more descriptive external title has been used to reach candidates with the appropriate skills.ResponsibilitiesPlan the end-to-end delivery of the annual core CPD calendar, including negotiating and managing key CPD partners, promoting online learning introduced by ACCA, monitoring competitor activities, and incorporating the latest technical developments in CPD programmes in consultation with the Continuous Learning and Members Support team.Work with Brand & Marketing to implement planned communications, including scheduled digital communications with members.Execute planned CPD-related events to ensure members continue to learn and grow in their professions across Ireland and the EU.Obtain member feedback and monitor industry developments; plan and execute activities to ensure effective participation and contribution by all members.Support budget management for all continuous learning and members' support products and provide guidance on performance metrics, including performance to budget and revenue for all continuous learning propositions and products.Lead key face-to-face events for the Ireland market (approximately 5).Qualifications and SkillsEngage with senior members at partner organisations and employers and communicate effectively with students, affiliates, and members from diverse backgrounds.Excellent skills in business writing and verbal communication in English.Strong organisational skills with experience in event management and planning (online and face-to-face).Strong analytical, presentation, and networking skills.Ability to work independently and in good teamwork; demonstrate integrity and professionalism in line with ACCA's values and behaviours.Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic with a focus on achieving results; good commercial awareness.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.Employment DetailsLocation: Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandEmployment type: Full-timeSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelBenefits and InclusionWe strive to create an environment where you can prioritise your wellbeing and offer a competitive benefits package to help you do this.
