The Role
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing sales of a broad range of mechanical process equipment. This role combines technical understanding with strong commercial skills, engaging directly with engineering, maintenance, and procurement teams to deliver value‑driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell mechanical process equipment across Ireland.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers in Pharma, F&B, and Dairy industries.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing existing accounts.
Provide technical support, including equipment selection and process optimisation.
Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
About You
Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering (or similar technical field).
Proven track record in sales of process or mechanical equipment.
Experience selling into Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, or Dairy industries.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to engage with engineers and decision‑makers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self‑driven, results‑focused, and comfortable managing a territory.
Full clean driving licence required.
