Kilkenny Limestone is a leading producer of Irish Blue Limestone, supplying premium-quality stone to prestigious construction projects worldwide.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance, consistency, and excellence across our organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for all business levels.
Provide HR support and guidance on performance management, employee relations, and best practice processes.
Assist with employee relations (ER) issues, including investigations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Maintain accurate HR records and systems, including new hires, leavers, absences, and payroll changes.
Prepare and communicate updates on employee benefits, policy changes, and internal announcements.
Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the Finance team.
Produce regular HR and management reports.
Assist in the planning of company events and engagement activities.
Manage relationships with external recruitment and service partners.
Ensure all HR documentation and policies are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
Key Requirements
3–5 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail with strong IT proficiency (HRIS, MS Office).
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
