What You’ll Do
Oversee design for the mobile app, employer web portal, and internal admin tools.
Expand and maintain our design system and visual language
Drive design for new initiatives, including an AI financial assistant, card products, lending, and PFM tools
Direct marketing collateral, brand evolution, and motion design (managing freelance resources)
Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to transform loosely defined requirements into intuitive features
Project Scope
Launching AI-powered assistants, card products, lending solutions, and subscription models
Scaling personal finance tools, the employer portal, and our marketing site
Expanding and evolving our global design system to support rapid growth

Full ownership of UI/UX across all user touchpoints

Ability to build and scale a design team (hiring at least one additional designer by end of year)
Who You Are
Proven experience designing and shipping complex mobile applications in the fintech space
You are a \"hands‑on\" leader who stays ahead of design trends and thrives on solving complex UX challenges
Expert in Figma and Claude Design; experience directing motion design
You don’t wait for requirements; you use design thinking to define them and pursue the best version of every asset
