Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately process customer orders and ensure prompt fulfillment
* Handle daily, weekly, and monthly reporting tasks
* Provide essential product information
* Resolve inquiries related to orders, stock levels, deliveries, and invoices
* Process returns

Customer Loyalty & Relationship Building:

* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Build strong rapport with customers
* Show empathy and ownership in handling queries and complaints

Requirements:

* Fluent proficiency in Italian + Advanced English (C1/C2)
* Strong PC skills, including MS Office knowledge
* Experience in customer support or order entry, or a keen interest in a Customer Service career
