Job Title: Facilities Administrator
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Facilities Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operational support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) works, assigning and tracking reactive maintenance tasks, maintaining accurate records in our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, and preparing monthly reports on activities, expenditure, and requisitions.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will provide administrative support to our facilities team, including scheduling and coordinating PPM for tooling equipment, overseeing calibration and maintenance schedules, sourcing and purchasing tooling equipment, and managing ERP documentation and reporting.
You will also assist with accounts administration, processing purchase orders and supplier invoices, assisting with expense tracking and budget monitoring, and liaising with our finance department to ensure timely payments.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably within a facilities, tooling, or accounts environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* A high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and fluency in English.
