Site Manager Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our construction projects in Limerick. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, site teams, and other departments to ensure timely completion of projects to the highest quality standards.
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site teams, and other departments to achieve project objectives.
* Review and optimize site processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure project success.
* Ensure all works are completed to company standards by managing personnel, scheduling, discipline, and mentorship.
* Regularly report on site progress and ensure a strong health and safety culture.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 3 years of experience managing large construction sites.
* Subcontractor management skills.
* A full driver's license.
* The right to work in Ireland.
* The ability to travel, as site locations may vary.
