The role of the Business Partner for People and Culture is to drive the company's people strategy and purpose within our stores.
This position plays a key role in shaping the culture of Primark, creating an environment where we are able to deliver an amazing colleague and customer experience. By partnering with Store Managers, this individual will be responsible for coaching retail management teams to deliver high performance through engaged colleagues who are developed.
A proven HR professional from a comparable background, you have excellent organisational skills – managing multiple priorities as well as customers and large workforces. You also possess problem-solving analytical relationship-building skills combined with commercial acumen. Additionally, strong influencing communication skills allow you challenge engage inspire at all levels.
