Red Chair Recruitment is recruiting an
Operations Administrator
to support the
Human Resources & Development (HRD)
function within a public-sector organisation. This is a specified purpose contract supporting HR, Learning & Development, and Operations activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage shared HR, Recruitment and L&D inboxes
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
* Provide recruitment and onboarding administration support
* Process leave, absence and time records
* Support recurring HR processes (probations, clocking updates, service certificates)
Essential Criteria
* Minimum 1 year's relevant administrative experience (HR/L&D/Operations preferred)
* Experience using systems/databases (HR systems advantageous)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams
* Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Desirable
* Reporting or analytical experience
* Exposure to Lean or Lean Six Sigma
