Responsibilities
1. Identify client's financial needs for both new and existing clients.
2. Make recommendations based on client's needs ensuring commitment to compliance regulations and standards.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
4. Develop and maintain industry knowledge.
5. Keep up to date on information on Financial products and related services.
6. Exceed financial targets and work to company standards.
Experience
1. (QFA) Qualified Financial Advisor.
2. At least 2 years' experience in a Sales role.
3. Proven successful track record in client-facing target-driven role.
4. Previous experience with Life & Pensions.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Self-motivated, organised professional, with own initiative.
7. Have a strong work ethic with a focus on offering quality compliant advice.
8. A flexible approach to work and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: Salary Negotiable based on experience + uncapped Commission.
