Excellent job opportunity for a Site Operator with experience in Water, Water Treatment processes based in Biopharmaceutical amnufacturing site in Cork.
The role will involve effective communication and interaction with management, team members, clients, and suppliers so as to ensure that deliverables and company goals are achieved. In executing the role it is paramount that Health & Safety, Ethical and Quality requirements, both legislative and company specific, are fully respected and taken account of.
Role is continental shift pattern 4 days on 4 days off with shift allowance.
Duties include:
* Laboratory duties collecting, testing, analysis of samples abiding to good clean lab practice protocols. Documentation of findings and reports.
* Process monitoring of water process and apply required changes to ensure WWTP processes operating within design control and compliances.
* Accurate reporting and documentation of data, report findings to managemnt and teams as required.
* Perform routine lab euipment checks, operate, maintain and perform routine calibrations on laboratory & fixed quality instruments.
* Provide process support to other waste water & water treatment sites as required.
Required Qualifications:
* Previous experience (1-3 years) in industrial process operations would be a distinct advantage.
* Knowledge of Waste Water Treatment Processes and Sludge Treatment Processes.
* Good understanding of quality, environmental and safety management systems .
