Position: Desktop Support Engineer
LincolnIT has an immediate need for a Desktop Support Engineer with 3-5 years of IT-related experience. Experience in networking is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities, Skills, and Experience:
* Image and configure laptops and desktops
* Proficient in Windows and Mac devices
* Configure and deploy Apple iPads and iPhones
* Set up video conferencing and whiteboard meetings
* Troubleshoot Outlook, Active Directory, manage new hires and terminations
* Install applications as requested by the business
* Install and configure VPN for remote users
* Use ITSM tools and understand SLAs based on business-criticality
* Collaborate with team to coordinate projects, incorporate new ideas, and improve processes
* Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills; interact effectively with staff, management, and clients
* Proactive, organized, and willing to learn
