About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will make an impact by providing proactive human resource support to teams of employees in line with the HR strategy and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the HR Leader at both operational and strategic levels in a fast-moving dynamic environment
* Acting as lead HR support to client groups of technology and business process professionals based in Ireland and the UK
* Supporting employee life cycle events for employees, including on-boarding, development, promotion, bonus, and merit increases
* Building effective relationships within the business, providing managers and associates with professional and proactive support through engagement activities
* Advising managers and leaders on statutory compliance and HR best practice e.g. disciplinary, grievance, maternity etc.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in client offices across Dublin.
