As Property Manager, you will play a key role in the Block Management division, overseeing a portfolio of high-end residential developments in Dublin. The Role
* Act as a trusted, client-facing representative, building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and residents.
* Oversee all aspects of block management, from site inspections and budgets to contractor management and compliance.
* Drive service excellence across developments, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.
* Lead on sustainability and cost-saving initiatives to deliver value for clients and residents alike.
* Provide accurate, timely reporting supported by a central management team.
About You
* Licensed Property Manager with at least 3 years’ experience in block property management.
* Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
* Skilled in contractor management, compliance, budgeting, and financial oversight.
* Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety, with a solutions-focused and proactive mindset.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple projects.
* Strong IT skills and a proven record of continuous professional development.
* Leadership qualities and a collaborative team approach.
