Assistant Manager Job Opportunity
This role is centered around supporting the Shop Manager in day-to-day operations, motivating team members, and creating a welcoming environment for customers and volunteers.
* Assist in managing and developing the shop according to agreed work plans and financial objectives.
* Train, supervise, and manage shop staff, both paid and voluntary.
* Maintain the shop's appearance internally and externally, adhering to brand standards.
The ideal candidate will possess retail fashion experience, exceptional leadership skills, and strong commercial knowledge. They must be eligible to work in Ireland and preferably have knowledge of our organization's brand.
