BDE Manager - Kelco/Vodafone Ireland Location: West Ireland (Hybrid / Regional) Salary: Competitive Base + OTE €60k+ Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Kelco Communications is seeking an ambitious and experienced BDE Manager to lead and grow a high-performing Vodafone Business Development Executive team focused on SME and B2B sales growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive new business performance, coach sales talent, and deliver against aggressive commercial targets.
This role covers a team of BDE executives across the West of Ireland, form Donegal to Cork.
