New revenue-based lender in the Irish market, with ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage SME client relationships to drive renewals, re-financing, and repeat lending, ensuring a smooth end-to-end funding process.
Proactively engage existing and lapsed customers to understand needs, reduce churn, and strengthen long-term loyalty.
Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams (e.g. underwriting), while capturing insights and maintaining accurate CRM records to support portfolio growth.
Key Skills Required
Commercial awareness of SME lending, with a proactive, solutions‑driven mindset and ability to perform in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills with a consultative, customer‑focused approach.
Relevant experience (2+ years) in sales/account management/retention, proven track record of hitting targets, and proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
A Bachelor's Degree is the minimum education requirement.
