About the Role
As Fashion Retail Manager, you will take ownership of the Fashion & Beauty floor, driving commercial performance while ensuring the store's visual and service standards reflect the brand's distinctive identity. You will inspire and lead a talented team, fostering a culture of enthusiasm, professionalism, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
2. Manage stock control and merchandising to optimise sales and maintain product availability.
3. Drive commercial results through effective analysis, planning, and execution.
4. Uphold and enhance visual merchandising standards, ensuring a consistently premium presentation.
5. Act as a brand ambassador, bringing creativity and passion to every aspect of the department.
6. Support the implementation of seasonal launches, promotions, and events.
7. Respond proactively to customer feedback, maintaining the highest service standards.
The Ideal Candidate
8. Minimum of 3 years' management experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle retail.
9. Proven track record in leading successful teams and achieving commercial goals.
10. Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
11. Energetic, people-focused, and passionate about premium brands and customer engagement.
12. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
13. Commercially astute, analytical, and results-driven.
