Office Administrator Required, Howth Co. Dublin

Location: Wrights of Marino Manufacturing

1 Claremont Industrial Estate

West Pier

Howth

Co. Dublin

Hours: 38 hours per week

6.30am - 3pm Tuesday - Friday

6.30am - 12.30pm Saturday

OFF - Sunday, Monday

Please note this is an on site role & not a remote role.

Job Specification Office Administrator


* Processing customer orders, from phone/email/text and answering machine service.
* Entering customer orders on to bespoke Sales Ordering system and printing invoices from Sage 200 accounts package
* Coordinating invoices into designated delivery runs to be ready when requested by drivers.
* Calling customers for orders & communicating special deals available
* Dealing with customer queries or complaints
* General office duties

Candidate Requirements;

* Previous office experience in a similar role
* Knowledge of Sage 200 beneficial but not essential
* Good communications skills
* Reliable & punctual
* Able to work well under pressure
* Fluent in English
* Own transport will be beneficial
