Now we're looking for anInsight Executive or Senior Insight Executiveto grow with us.About the RoleThis is a hybrid position based in Dublin, requiring 3 days a week in our office, collaborating with a highly experienced senior team on projects that shape strategies for some of Ireland's most exciting and high-profile brands.You'll get stuck into:A wide variety of research projects with this role focussing on quantative researchHelping turn data into stories and strategies that make a differenceSupporting in the development of deeper relationships with clientsDesigning creative insight solutions to resolve client challenges effectivelyLearning and applying the latest analytics and AI tools to support and enhance insight generationContributing to proposal development, analysis, and reportingWho You AreYou're curious by nature and fascinated by what drives people, culture, and behaviourYou will be numerate, with an aptitude for data and an anaytical mindYou might already have experience in market research, business consulting, strategic planning, or a related field; that would be greatYou have a keen eye for detail and be comfortable with numbersYou love asking questions and thinking in new waysYou're excited by the potential of AI and how it can support smart, creative workYou love to work as part of a high impact, high performance teamYou bring fresh thinking and are eager to learn and contributeWe welcome diverse experiences and backgrounds.
