Job Summary:
A seasoned Duty Manager is sought to oversee the smooth operation of a 4-star luxury hotel in Co. Roscommon.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing front-of-house operations, with experience in conference and banquets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day activities of the hotel's front-of-house team
* Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times
* Coordinate conferences, events, and banquets to meet client expectations
* Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a busy 4/5-star hotel
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Experience in conference and banquets management
* Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
