Key Financial Leadership Role in EMEA
The successful candidate will oversee the financial close process for EMEA entities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements. Key responsibilities include managing accounts receivable, collaborating with external payroll providers, and preparing financial reports.
* Complete the financial close process for EMEA entities under US GAAP on a monthly basis
* Oversee the accounts receivable function to ensure timely collection of payments
* Work closely with external payroll providers to prepare and process monthly payroll
* Support financial audits under both US GAAP and local statutory requirements (IFRS)
* Prepare various financial reports and statements in compliance with local statutory and US GAAP requirements
* Manage taxation filings and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Assist with testing and implementation of upgraded ERP systems
* Support the setup of new entities in the region
The ideal candidate will possess a strong accounting background, preferably in the medical device/pharma industry, with excellent analytical and communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
