We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive the strategic success of Workday within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Workday technology, partnering with senior stakeholders and vendors to drive business value.
* Mentor and coach the HR Technology team, providing leadership development and ensuring the team's success in delivering high-quality solutions.
* Ensure data compliance and change control processes are consistently adhered to, managing risks and minimizing disruptions.
* Provide recommendations to leadership on new technologies that can enhance effectiveness and customer experience.
* Support business cases to secure funding for HR technology initiatives, demonstrating the value proposition and return on investment.
* Collaborate with HR and IT teams to deliver Workday solutions that address business challenges, driving innovation and excellence.
* Manage team workload, plan future roadmaps, and allocate resources to ensure timely delivery.
* Prioritize work based on stakeholder objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Contribute to acquisition projects, ensuring seamless integration of acquired companies with Workday.
This role requires an experienced leader who can evolve and improve Workday within our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in leading complex HRIS programs, partnering with senior stakeholders, and driving innovative data-driven solutions.
Your Profile:
* Proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing strategic plans for HR systems, including Workday.
* Experience managing remote and dispersed teams, ensuring successful project delivery.
* Success in managing service level agreements in metrics-driven organizations.
* Demonstrated ability to partner with HR teams to drive innovative data-driven solutions.
* Ability to influence cross-functional teams, foster strong working relationships, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Must be based within commuting distance of an Icon office in Reading, UK, or Dublin, Ireland.
