Key Attributes:
* Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.
* Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* SAP Activate certification is a plus.
* 3+ years of experience in sales, operations processes, or SAP business analysis roles.
* 3+ years of SAP ERP experience, especially in Sales & Distribution (SD), Material Management, and Warehouse Management modules.
* Strong communication skills to bridge IS and business stakeholders.
* Proficient in data analytics (advanced Excel or equivalent).
* Experience in cross-functional project teams.
Key Tasks and Duties:
* Lead the full lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA projects, from planning and design through deployment and post-go-live support.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, SAP consultants, developers, and third-party vendors.
* Ensure successful integration of core S/4HANA modules such as Customer Service (SAP ECC), Supply Chain (MM/SD), and Manufacturing (PP).
* Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing, and user training activities.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with SAP best practices and internal standards.
* Monitor project performance and deliverables to ensure quality, timeliness, and business value.
* Document SAP processes, create operating instructions, deliver training, and prepare progress reports.
* Assess business needs through process analysis, collaboration, and observation.
* Analyze current processes vs. best practices and provide recommendations.
* Conduct root cause analysis of process or service breakdowns.
* Collaborate with BPOs and key users to optimize inter-departmental workflows.
* Work with IS teams to resolve issues and offer technical solutions.
* Identify and recommend process improvements through reviews and data analysis.
* Produce business requirements, process/data flow diagrams, and user guides.
* Test and evaluate proposed solutions across end-to-end processes.
* Ensure business requirements are approved by relevant stakeholders.
* Serve as the first point of contact for key users on process, system, or training issues.
* Collaborate with Business Units and Master Data team to maintain high data quality.
* Adhere to company standards and ethos.
