Job Description
Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in preparing, presenting, and cooking Indian curry main dishes and tandoori oven/starters. Familiarity with HACCP is essential. Candidates should possess comprehensive knowledge of all Indian dishes, including seafood, meat, vegetables, fish, salads, and desserts. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, etc.) is required. Proficiency in English, Bengali, and Hindi will be advantageous. The applicant will also be responsible for managing kitchen staff timesheets, creating a weekly special menu, explaining dishes to both staff and customers, supervising chefs, controlling stock, and maintaining hygiene standards. The ideal candidate should be able to work under pressure, be reliable and flexible, and ensure high standards at all times.
