Job Description: Sales Development Representative (SDR) About Recruit CRM Recruit CRM is an all-in-one software platform tailored for recruitment and headhunting/executive search firms.

Job Openings Number of Openings: 8 Location: Remote Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting to identify new business opportunities through calls, emails, and social outreach.
Qualify leads and take a consultative approach to engage potential clients.
Maintain detailed records in the CRM system to track interactions and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and develop outreach plans.
Set up meetings between prospective clients and the sales team to drive product demos and sales.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials to support outbound efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position Recruit CRM's offerings.
Achieve monthly quotas for outbound calls and conversions.
Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Desired Experience 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role preferred.
Experience in the recruitment industry or SaaS sales is a plus.
Familiarity with lead generation and prospecting techniques.
