Job Description
As a Field Sales Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in maximising the exposure of our brand within multiples and convenience outlets in your territory.
Your primary objective will be to sell and merchandise stock in stores, build relationships with store personnel to gain more space, and implement promotional activities at store level.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
* Full clean manual driving license
* Minimum Leaving Certificate Examinations or equivalent
* Experience of working in a customer-facing role, sales role preferable
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong customer relationship building skills with all different types of people
* Motivation and drive to achieve objectives and KPI targets
* Demonstrate strong team work ethic
* Good planning and organisation skills
* A flexible and change-oriented approach
* Well-presented
* Innovative and creative with an eye for detail
* Strong technological acumen (ability to work with tablets/phones)
