Arrange messenger service asneeded.
Arrange hospitality services for guests such as transportation, tickets, reservations,etc.
• Perform general clerical duties including distributing office faxes and packages andordering office supplies• Ensure image of front of house is maintained• Process and monitor requests to book meeting rooms / training rooms, ensuring allrequirements are satisfied.
(AV, seating layout, hospitality, climate).
Monitor conferenceroom booking system, ensure we deliver a proactive and professional service to client• Log, monitor, update helpdesk calls for faults and required improvements; update andcomplete when applicable• Maintain and actively work on the Reception filing system, keeping it up to date and withinthe CBRE procedure• Ensure that clients security and emergency procedures are adhered to at all times, taking anactive role in an evacuation of the building as laid down in the Incident Control procedures• Liaise with security to ensure overall service to users in the building is maintained• Maintain security and safety standards as required, ensuring that visitors are escorted andcontractors do not have access to areas without the appropriate authorisation orsupervision maintained• Continually communicate building issues to end users, client and CBRE Management team.Escalate urgent issues identified through to the Facilities Supervisor• Monitoring and procurement of stationary office consumables• To work within the requirements of the clients / CBRE Health & Safety Policy, ensuring thatall non-conformances and opportunities for improvement are reported to the FacilitiesManagement Team• Work with and support other members of the team• Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on workinstructions or communicated in training• Carry out any other reasonable tasks as and when required as requested by CBRE FM team.Work with other team members of the FM team within the Region and when required.
• Support Facilities manager (Coordinator) if and when requested – reporting, finance,ordering.
• Support the site Helpdesk and ticketing system on site and for remote sites as well.
