Job Title: EMEA Employee Relations Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Employee Relations Manager to lead our EMEA team. As a key member of our HR Shared Services Leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to employees and management across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of employee relations professionals to achieve annual goals and objectives
* Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to improve employee experience and minimize corporate risk
* Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and performance management
* Conduct investigations into employee complaints and allegations of misconduct in a timely and fair manner
* Partner with legal counsel and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
* Identify and assess opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize policies, processes, and programs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong people leadership skills with experience leading complex projects and organizational change
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Ability to prioritize work and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced matrix environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think critically and strategically
* Proficient in Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
* Demonstrated ability to drive results through individual efforts and influencing others
