General Manager Position
This esteemed role requires an exceptional leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our premium gastro pub in Co Sligo.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years general management experience in a quality gastropub setting, preferably locally.
* Prior experience managing high-volume food service operations with a strong focus on FOH team management and kitchen brigade leadership is essential.
* The ideal candidate will possess effective leadership and team management skills, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* A proven track record in coaching, training, mentoring staff members and maintaining high standards for food quality and customer satisfaction is required.
* Familiarity with Irish work permits or holding full legal status to work in Ireland is mandatory due to restrictions on foreign workers in this field.">
