The Divisional CFO will have the opportunity to shape financial strategy, influence business direction, and play a key role in driving the continued success of a profitable, international organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the CEO to proactively define and deliver the management information needed to effectively run the business.Provide financial assessments and scenario analysis for strategic and operational decisions.Act as a trusted advisor, identifying risks, opportunities, and improvements to support sustainable growth and profitability.Oversee the preparation of timely, accurate, and relevant management and financial information.Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning, ensuring robust financial discipline.Implement and monitor risk management frameworks, including financial, operational, and compliance risks.Enhance internal controls, including approvals, authority levels, and process compliance.Ensure compliance with group reporting requirements and external statutory obligations.Review end-to-end financial and operational processes, from information flows to approvals and transaction processing.Proactively identify and implement improvements to process efficiency and controls.Leverage technology and automation within the proprietary sales and back-end platform where possible.Manage, mentor, and develop a finance team of at least direct reports.Set and monitor KPIs for the finance function, ensuring delivery of high performance.Essential Skills & ExperienceQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).Minimum 10 years' post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in senior finance leadership.Strong knowledge of both financial accounting and management accounting.Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and scenario analysis.Demonstrated ability to improve processes, controls, and information flows.Track record of working closely with commercial teams and influencing decision-making.Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to manage upwards and across functions.Commercially aware, with experience in transaction-heavy, high-volume businesses.Comfortable managing remote teams and operating effectively in a distributed environment.Previous divisional or group CFO experience.Exposure to technology-driven sales and processing platforms.Experience in businesses with SKU complexity and large transaction volumes.Proactive, self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive change.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Able to balance detail with big-picture thinking.Natural leader who inspires and builds confidence in others.What we offerCompetitive compensation, annual incentives, and ongoing performance bonusesA dynamic, people-first environment that values innovation, leadership development, and open communication.The opportunity to create a lasting legacy by transforming operator businesses into professionally managed, high-performance teams.Full remote flexibility: This position is 100% remote, empowering you to lead and collaborate from anywhere in the world.
