The Role:
As an Employment Solicitor, you will:
- Advise clients on all aspects of employment law, including contentious and non-contentious matters.
- Represent clients in employment disputes, including WRC and Labour Court cases.
- Provide strategic legal advice on HR policies, contracts, and compliance.
- Support clients with workplace investigations, dismissals, and restructuring matters.
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
- Work closely with senior lawyers and clients, developing strong professional relationships.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Newly Qualified (NQ+) or more experience in employment law.
- A strong understanding of Irish employment law and dispute resolution.
- Excellent research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
- Strong communication and client management abilities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with commercial awareness.
