Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee Food & Beverage - Front of House Operations in a 4* Hotel. This role requires effective management of Restaurant, Bar, and Events/Weddings business, as well as coordinating day-to-day Front of House activities during shifts.
Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations and coordinate all areas of the hotel
• Lead and guide the team as required during service/shift
• Ensure highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail
Requirements
Experience in managing busy Food and Beverage operations is essential. Candidates must have experience managing Conferences, Weddings, and Events. Front office training is also necessary.
