Mill-Turn Specialist – Join a Cutting-Edge Manufacturing Team!
We’re looking for an experienced Mill-Turn Specialist to join our advanced, fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you’re skilled in Esprit CAM programming and confident working with DMG Mori NTX mill-turn machines, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on challenging, high-precision components using the latest technology.
What You’ll Do:
Program, set up, and operate DMG Mori NTX mill-turn machines
Create efficient Esprit CAM programs for complex parts
Troubleshoot issues, improve toolpaths, and boost cycle times
Work closely with engineering and quality teams
Contribute to tooling choices, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Need:
5+ years’ mill-turn machining experience
Strong Esprit CAM multi-axis programming skills
Experience with DMG Mori NTX or similar platforms
Ability to machine complex geometries to tight tolerances
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have:
Experience with Citizen Swiss-style lathes
Knowledge of probing, macros, and automation
Background in medical, aerospace, or other high-precision sectors
