This is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers.

The role involves managing complex customer cases from start to finish, communicating clearly in English and French, both spoken and written, and collaborating with other departments and product teams to resolve queries.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide consultative support to customers
* Manage customer cases from start to finish

Your Profile:

* Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Proactive and customer-focused mindset
* Comfortable working flexible hours

Location:

* Remote or hybrid in Dublin Office
