Youll be a vital part of our sales operation, supporting customers and our external sales team with expert product advice, fast and accurate order processing, and first-class service.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, offering expert guidance on our product range Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely dispatch Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors Support the external sales team with quotations, product knowledge, and administrative tasks Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range and developments in the agricultural industry Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth fulfilment Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely, professional manner What Were Looking For: A background in or strong understanding of agriculture (preferred) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to explain technical product information clearly and confidently Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM/order processing experience is an advantage Highly organised, with good attention to detail A proactive, team-focused attitude Working Hours & Benefits: Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm Early finish most Fridays (2:00 pm), based on a rotating rota Opportunities for career progression within a well-established, growing company Friendly, supportive working environment On-site parking Skills: Technical Sales Sales Engineering Sales Rep Sales Microsoft CRM Benefits: Parking early finish on friday
