Our client, the largest residential developer in Ireland, is seeking a Sales Manager to join their new homes division. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the sales strategy for a portfolio of high quality residential developments, driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role involves managing a team, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and overseeing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets across new homes developments.
* Develop and implement sales strategies and oversee the full sales process from enquiry to completion, including reservation, contract signing, snagging, and handover.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including solicitors, contractors, and clients.
* Monitor sales performance and market trends, providing insights to senior management.
* Ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with PSRA guidelines throughout the sales and post-sales process.
* Oversee sales events, launches, and showhome presentations.
* Support the sales team to maximise performance and deliver a smooth handover and after-sales experience for purchasers.
Key skills required
* 5+ years of experience in the new homes sector.
* BSc in Real Estate or similar.
