Key Responsibilities:

* Liaise with the Contracts Manager and Senior Management Team
* Manage and maintain health and safety policies and procedures
* Develop plans to align with current legislation
* Coordinate health and safety activities on various sites
* Manage and coordinate health and safety officers and advisors
* Ensure regular site visits and inspections are completed
* Deal with accidents/incidents appropriately
* Liaise with internal/external auditors
* Prepare/train employees
About You:

* Hold a health and safety degree or qualification
* Have 3+ years experience in a similar role
* Be able to manage a health and safety team
* Excellent communication skills
* NEBOSH certification
* Confident in Microsoft Office
* Full driving license
