Job Description:
The Voice Telecom Analyst - Intermediate role is responsible for maintaining and supporting telecommunications infrastructure, including PBX systems, voice mail, and other related equipment. This position will work closely with the IT Network & Security Manager to ensure seamless operation of telecom systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide maintenance and support for telecommunications infrastructure
Monitor and identify capacity and performance issues for telecom traffic
Generate telecommunications usage and network traffic reports
Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of telecommunications problems
Liaise with equipment vendors during installations and hardware performance issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Typically has 3+ years of voice communications infrastructure design and support experience
Preferred Education: Computer Science or Information Technology related Degree
Experience in managing enterprise systems, applications, and endpoints with tools
Experience maintaining a 24 x 7 x 365 network infrastructure
Strong documentation skill set
Preferred Qualifications: Cisco CCNA, CCNP Collaboration
The ability to speak and understand Italian is a plus
