Operating with both integrity and innovation, CRES will deliver best in class, customer focused workplace solutions to maximise efficiency and productivity whilst promoting professionalism and safety.This role is responsible for the strategic and operational ownership of CRES Workplace Services across EMEA locationsBusiness AreaWorkplace Services are responsible for the built environment and the client journey; fundamentally to provide a safe and efficient working environment to support SMBC's core business activities. Workplace Services encompasses multi-disciplinary activities and the management of their impact upon people and the workplace. Remit includes direct or indirect responsibility for Soft Services; cleaning, reception, food services, hospitality, mail room, switchboard, customer services, space management, landlord liaison, H&S, BCP & emergency response, office procedures, Projects; change management plans.Approx 23 locations, 400,000 sq ft across EMEA.
