We are seeking a skilled reliable individual who takes pride in their role and who has a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel around Ireland when necessary
Carry out general maintenance tasks including plumbing, basic electrical, painting, plastering, carpentry, and minor repairs.
Support refurbishment works such as demolition, wall preparation, fixture installations, and finishing works.
Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report potential issues.
Safely operate a variety of tools, equipment, and machinery.
Assist with site preparation, material delivery, and debris removal.
Work closely with supervisors, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
Follow detailed instructions, technical plans, and safety guidelines.
Maintain work areas, tools, and equipment in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests as required.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
The ideal candidates would have a strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to work well in a team.
Good communication skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour tasks.
