With extensive resources and expertise, we confidently handle large-scale projects while maintaining high standards of quality.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, Design Manager role located in our Dublin office and showroom in Rosemount Business Park, Dublin. The role will involve travel to site, client meetings and supplier meetings. The Design Manager will oversee the design process and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality fit-out projects. Responsibilities include leading design teams on each project from tender stage to completion ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, managing budgets and timelines, and coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.QualificationsProficiency in design, space planning, and creative problem-solving skillsExperience in project management, including managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectivelyProficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and In DesignExcellent leadership, team coordination, and stakeholder management skillsDetail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skillsRelevant experience in residential and hotel fit-out projectsQualification in Interior Design or a related fieldAbility to work effectively on-site and adapt to dynamic project environmentsAbility to prepare detailed drawings, specifications, material schedules and pricing for tendersAbility to prepare designs and complete staging and presentation of showhousesAbility to manage projects from concept through to completion.Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach
