Civil/Structural Project Lead
* Project management and supervision of construction and fit out projects.
* General Construction setting out, Pipe Work, Drainage, foundations etc.
You will be responsible for the management and co-ordination of BCAR Activities. Your role also includes the preparation of tender documentation and construction drawings as well as Fire Safety Certificates.
In addition to this you will have responsibility for co-ordinating tender packages for large commercial projects.
This position requires a Civil engineering design capability particularly in residential and commercial developments while at the same time having an ability to produce structural specifications designs on top of that.
